FRUCOM membership offers:
  • An access to the FRUCOM members area where you are regularly updated on EU rules (under discussion or already applied) on imports of dried fruits into the EU

  • A weekly RASFF report that keeps you informed of the import rejections in the EU
    The information provided in the report is based on the RASFF notifications published on DG SANCO’s online database available at the following LINK.
  • A weekly newsletter that summarises FRUCOM activities and the information published during the week
  • A weekly press review – providing articles regarding dried fruits picked up from the public domain
  • Your references on the FRUCOM website
  • The possibility to participate in our yearly working group meetings
  • Information on the EU websites you can consult and information on the persons in the EU institutions you can contact in case you have an issue with EU rules.

1 Companies located in countries where there is a national association representing their interests will not be accepted as FRUCOM members and are recommended to contact these associations (list and contact details available here).

2The 2015 flat fee used to calculate the fee of the national association is set at 500 EUR and is subject to 2 increase in 2016.

Full members

National associations domiciled in the Member States of the European Union which represent importers, agents, brokers, other traders and industrial operators in Dried Fruit, Edible Nuts, Processed Fruit & Vegetables and/or Fishery Products.

FULL MEMBERS have voting rights and define FRUCOM’s lobbying positions as well as FRUCOM priorities.

Affiliated members
  • Affiliated member associations: Non-EU and international Associations. Full membership is not open to these organisations

AFFILIATED MEMBERS receive the FRUCOM electronic information but do not have voting rights.

By submitting the application form, we confirm that we fully accept the Statutes of FRUCOM and the Terms and Conditions of Use of the FRUCOM Extranet. We undertake to respect the rules specified in these Statutes and to collaborate towards the mission and aims of FRUCOM.
