Members AreaMission & Objectives
The general mission of FRUCOM is to represent and defend the common interests of FRUCOM members at European level as well as keeping FRUCOM members fully informed of legal and trade-related developments in the sector.
More specifically, FRUCOM pursues the following objectives:
- To safeguard and promote matters of general interest to FRUCOM members by proactively engaging with relevant policymakers in the EU institutions
- To monitor legislative developments that will have an impact on the trade and ensure that FRUCOM members are aware of all their legal requirements
- To promote the visibility of the sector as well as a favourable trading environment
- To provide a networking platform where members can meet and exchange views
